The approval of the mutual legal assistance agreement in criminal matters between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of His Serene Highness the Prince of Monaco, signed in Paris on 8 November 2005, and whose text is annexed to this Act (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
