It is created in the Ministry of Defence, at the headquarters of the Earth Army, an automated processing of personal data called "Agae" implemented by the command of the ground logistics force and whose main purpose is the real-time monitoring of the evacuation of nationals.
The personal data categories recorded are those relating to:
- identity (name, first name, sex, nationality, date of birth, passport number or national identity card);
- in the family situation (matrimonial, kinship with another national present to evacuate);
- repatriation (local address and/or folding address in the country of destination, transport conditions [assis/couche], state of health [no report, injured, sick, deceased]).
The personal data thus recorded are retained until the end of the mission.
The recipients of the personal data thus recorded are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
the crisis unit of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs;
- local military authorities;
- the local representative of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.
The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.
The rights of access and rectification provided to Articles 39 et seq. of the above-mentioned Act practiced at the office of the Chief of Staff of the Army, 14, rue Saint-Dominique, 00453 Armées.
The Chief of the Command of the Land Logistics Force is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
