In view of the amended decision of 14 May 1990, setting out the procedure for recruiting lecturers from universities-patients in dental care, education and research centres and professors from universities-patients in dental care, education and research centres, including articles 9-12;
In view of the decision of January 15, 2008 on the vacancy announcement of the University Hospital Practitioner of the dental care, education and research centres offered for the transfer and recruitment of the year 2008 and setting out the terms of application;
In view of the decision of 9 May 2008 setting out the list of admissions to the competitions organized for the year 2008 for the recruitment of professors from universities-patients in dental care, education and research centres,
Stop:
Persons registered on the admission list to the University Hospital Practitioner's Competitions of Dental Care, Teaching and Research Centres may, within twenty-one days of the publication of this Order in the Official Journal (the stamp of the position in question), apply the jobs designated in Schedule I, offered for recruitment under the year 2008.
Nominations are composed of the following documents:
1° A letter of application prepared in accordance with the model annexed to annex II;
2° A dactylographed curriculum vitae;
3° A copy of the written statement of titles and works, submitted to the jury mentioned in theArticle 12 of Decree No. 90-92 of 24 January 1990 modified;
4° In the event of multiple applications, the list of postulated jobs classified in order of preference.
Applications must be sent, on the one hand, to the Director of the training and odontology research unit whose job is applied and, on the other, to the Director General of the university hospital centre concerned.
A duplicate of the application file, with the exception of the written statement of titles and works referred to in the 3rd of Article 2 above, must be submitted within the time limit prescribed in Article 1 above:
―at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (General Directorate of Human Resources, Service of Teachers of Higher Education and Research, Sub-direction of Recruitment and Career Management, Office of Health Personnel), 32-34, rue de Châteaudun, 75436 Paris Cedex 09;
―at the Ministry of Health, Youth, Sports and Associative Life (direction of hospitalization and care organization, sub-direction of medical professions and medical personnel, office of hospital medical resources), 14, avenue Duquesne, 75007 Paris.
Upon the expiry of the time limit set out in Article 1 of this Decree, the procedure provided for in Articles 10, 11 and 12 of the above-mentioned Order relating to the recruitment procedure shall be applied.
The advice of the board of the odontology training and research unit and the medical establishment board shall be sent to the two departments concerned, within fifteen days of the closing date of the application.
The nomination of candidates may only be made after the production of an administrative document justifying the absence of a private liberal activity or its termination.
This document must be sent to the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (General Directorate of Human Resources, Service of Teachers of Higher Education and Research, Sub-direction of Recruitment and Career Management, Office of Health Personnel), 32-34 Rue de Châteaudun, 75436 Paris Cedex 09), within the maximum period of six months following the date of notification by the guardianship authorities of the nomination proposal.
The Director General of Human Resources and the Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published, as well as its annexes, in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
