It is established with the Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management, a competent ministerial technical committee to know, within the framework of the provisions of title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to aboveof all matters relevant to all services under its authority and matters common to all or part of the administrative public institutions under its supervision.
The ministerial technical committee established in section 1 is chaired by the Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management.
The committee includes fifteen administrative representatives and fifteen staff representatives, as well as an equal number of alternate representatives.
The Order of June 3, 1985 establishing a departmental technical committee to the Ministry of the Environment and the Order of December 31, 1993 establishing a departmental technical committee to the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Tourism are repealed.
The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
