It is created in the Ministry of Defence, the General Delegation for Arming, an automated processing of personal data called the "management of access to polygon" implemented by the fire surveillance department and whose purpose is to manage access to the firing polygon of the Bourges technical establishment.
The personal data categories recorded are those relating to:
- identity (names, names, date and place of birth, identity document references, address and personal telephone number [optional]);
- professional life (for staff at the Bourges Technical Institution [assignment]);
- to vehicles (registration number);
- the movement of persons (access authorization number, delivery and termination dates, reason for the application);
― to transit incidents (authorization number, incident date, removal of authorization O/N).
The retention period of personal data thus recorded is not more than five years.
The recipients of recorded personal data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
― the fire department of the Bourges technical establishment;
– the security service of the firing polygon (guards and gendarmerie);
the command of the military establishment.
The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.
The rights of access and rectification provided to Articles 39 et seq. of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above excerpt from the fire department of the technical establishment of Bourges, rocade est, route de Guerry, 18021 Bourges Cedex.
The Director of the Bourges Technical Institution is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
