The licence to be approvedArticle 2-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is granted to the Association de défense des familles des victimes de la catastrophe aérienne de Phuket, whose head office is located at Me Bembaron (Gérard) at 11, rue Lincoln, 75008 Paris.
The Association shall provide the Attorney of the Republic annually to the Court of Grand Instance of Paris, beginning with the publication of this Order:
the updated list of members;
a copy of the last minutes of the General Assembly;
a copy of the last accounting year.
The Head of the Access to Law and Justice and Policy Branch of the City is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
