The licence to be approvedArticle 2-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is granted to the association SOS IRRADIÉS 31, whose head office is set in La Pomarède, 24460 Eyvirat.
The Association shall provide the Attorney of the Republic annually to the Court of Grand Instance of Périgueux, as of the publication of this Order:
the updated list of its members;
a copy of the last minutes of the General Assembly;
a copy of the last accounting year.
The Head of the Access to Law and Justice and Policy Branch of the City is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
