Judgment of 27 March 2008 authorizing the opening of a recruitment without competition of 2nd Class Administrative Assistants for the administration of French Polynesia

By order of the guard of the seals, Minister of Justice, dated 27 March 2008, is authorized under the year 2008 the opening of a recruitment without examination of administrative assistants of the 2nd class of the State for the administration of French Polynesia, pursuant to the Decree No. 2006-1760 of 23 December 2006 relating to the common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of administrative assistants of the state administrations.
The number of positions offered for recruitment without competitive examinations of second-class administrative assistants for the administration of French Polynesia is set at 5.
Such recruitment shall be subject to notice under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the aforementioned decree.
The closing date of registration is 7 May 2008, term of rigor.
Note. ― A registration file with an information note will be posted on the Ministry of Justice website (www.justice.gouv.fr).
