Judgment of February 6, 2008 setting the number of positions offered for the competitive examination for the recruitment of administrative secretaries of the decuncted services of the prison administration and youth judicial protection

By order of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice, dated February 6, 2008, the number of places offered for the contest for the recruitment of administrative secretaries of the decicent services of the penitentiary administration and judicial protection of the youth provided for in the order of November 26, 2007 is set at 47, divided as follows:
External competition:
- Deconcentrated services of the prison administration: 19;
― Deconcented Youth Judicar Protection Services: 7.
Internal competition:
- Deconcentrated services of the prison administration: 15;
― Decicent Youth Judicar Protection Services: 6.
10 places will be offered to recipients of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims in the Deccented Services of the Prison Administration. Posts not filled by the beneficiaries of the reserved employment legislation may be deferred to the positions being competitive.
5 places will also be offered by contract to workers with disabilities under theArticle 10 of Decree No. 95-979 of 25 August 1995 and as follows:
– Deconcentrated services of the prison administration: 3;
– Deconcentrated youth judicial protection services: 2.
