Considering the requests for accreditations submitted by the associations and the instruction made therein;
In view of the decision of the Board of Directors of the National Agency for Social Cohesion and Equal Opportunities of October 19, 2006, giving delegation to the Director General to approve the proposed missions under the voluntary civil service for less than ten young people,
Decides:
The following associations are approved for voluntary civil service under the conditions defined below.
The following missions, proposed by the Scelles Foundation, 14, rue Mondétour, 75001 Paris (SIREN: 404 210 049 000 15), are approved under the Voluntary Civil Service for three young people who are simultaneously welcomed in the Associative Volunteer for a period of between six and twelve months.
Proposed missions:
Prevention and control of exclusions.
Youth prevention and awareness-raising on prostitution and other forms of sexual exploitation:
― participation in the development of a collaborative platform to create a youth awareness website: site architecture and ergonomics, forums, videos and other tools, animation and monitoring of the evolution of the site.
Actions related to the protection of victims of human trafficking:
– legal research and monitoring; participation in the development of projects led by the Foundation's Department of International Relations.
Contribution to the development of an observatory on human trafficking:
― search for information from associations, production of encrypted information, cartography, work on the foundation site.
Information on human trafficking in relation to the Centre for International Research and Documentation on Sexual Exploitation (CRIDES):
― participation in the development of a media library, in the development of prevention tools from a census of existing tools with associations, to create a guide to good practices.
Place of execution of the mission : Paris
This approval shall be granted for a period of three years from that day.
The following missions, proposed by the Association Planète Sciences 11e-de-France, 16, Place Jacques-Brel, 91130 Ris-Orangis (SIREN: 327 529 715 000 28), are approved under the Voluntary Civil Service for a young person welcomed in the Associative Volunteer for a period of between six and twelve months.
Proposed missions:
Actions in the areas of youth, popular education, sports and leisure.
Design, realization and implementation of scientific, technical and environmental animations in the context of school, peri-school and leisure activities organized by the association.
Mission location: Essonne and Yvelines departments.
This approval shall be granted for a period of three years from that day.
This decision will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
