Decrete:
The monthly minimum insertion income for an allocator is €47.91 starting January 1, 2008.
The monthly amount of solidarity income in overseas departments and in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is €464.05 effective January 1, 2008.
The daily amount of the temporary waiting allowance is €10.38 starting January 1, 2008.
The daily amount of the specific solidarity allowance is €14.74 starting January 1, 2008.
The amount of the increase granted to allocatories aged fifty-five years or older and justified by twenty years of employee activity, to allocatories aged fifty-seven and a half years or more justifying ten years of employee activity and to allocatories justifying at least 160 trimesters validated in the mandatory basic old-age insurance plans or recognized equivalent periods is fixed at 6.42 January 2008.
The daily amount of the equivalent pension allowance is € 31.82 starting January 1, 2008.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, the Minister of Immigration, Integration, National Identity and Co-development, the Minister of Housing and the City, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service and the High Commissioner for Active Solidarity against Poverty are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
