Decision of 21 December 2007 appointing service providers in port of call authorized to operate at Paris-Orly Airport

Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Development and Sustainable Development,
Considering the Civil Aviation Code, including its articles R. 216-5, R. 216-8 and R. 216-16;
See?Decree of 28 May 1999 amended to limit access to the port of call assistance market for Orly Airport;
Having regard to the amended decision of the Minister of Equipment, Transport and Housing dated 1 December 1999 appointing service providers authorized to operate on Orly Airport;
Considering the tender published on 7 July 2007 at the BOAMP and on 10 July 2007 at the JOUE;
Considering the opinion of the Committee of Users of 25 October 2007 of the Paris-Orly Airport;
Considering the opinion of the Technical Commission for the Analysis of Applications established by decision of 10 September 2007,
Decides:

Orly Flight Services is authorized to provide services on the Paris-Orly airport, effective April 1, 2008 and until October 31, 2009, as part of the assistance services categories listed in the schedule to theArticle R. 216-1 of the Civil Aviation Codethird party benefits for the following services:
On the western terminal: baggage assistance (category 3), baggage transport between the aircraft and the aeroplane (category 5.4), aircraft loading and unloading (category 5.4), aircraft start-up assistance (category 5.5) and aircraft displacement (category 5. 6).

Article 2


The authorization, subject to this decision, is specific to the undertaking. It is neither unsustainable nor transferable to any other natural or legal person without the prior and express agreement of the Minister for Civil Aviation.
It remains valid only since the conditions that presided over its delivery remain in place, in particular that the company's commitments are met through the specifications of the above-mentioned tender and its offer in response.

This decision will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
