In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Collective Bargaining Commission (subcommission of agreements and agreements), rendered at the meeting of 4 December 2007,

For all employers and all employees included in the scope of the collective agreement of the industries and trades in the recovery and recycling of the North and the Pas-de-Calais of 6 December 1971, the provisions of Advant No. 5 of 5 January 2005 to the joint agreement of 26 January 1999 entered into by agreement of 18 September 1984, the provisions of Advant No. 5 of 5 January 2005 to the joint agreement of 26 January 1999
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above-mentioned actor shall be made on the date of the publication of this order for the remaining period and the conditions provided for by the said actor.
The Director General of Labour is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
