By order of the Minister of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities and Seal Custody, Minister of Justice, dated 17 December 2007, is authorized for the year 2008 to open an external competition and an internal competition for recruitment in the central and decentralized services of the Ile-de-France region of the Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Central Communities.
The closing date of the registration is set at 25 January 2008 inclusive, term of rigor, the stamp of the position being held.
For external and internal competitions, candidates will have to send, by post only, their full registration file to the Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities (SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP), Administrative Contests Section, 27, Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes.

Written examinations of eligibility and oral examinations of admission will take place in the Paris region.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates authorized to compete will be subject to interdepartmental decrees by the Minister of the Interior, Overseas and Territorial Authorities and the Minister of Justice.
Eligible candidates will receive, with their convocation to the oral examinations, a greeting sheet on which they will have to specify, in order of preference, the administrations in which they wish to be appointed.
This document will be delivered to the Secretariat of the Administration Recruitment Service responsible for the admission phase on the day of their convocation to the oral examinations.
The wish of each candidate will be appreciated according to their ranking in the competition.
