Decree of 17 December 2007 appointing an extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the French Republic to the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya - Mr. Gouyette (François)

President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign and European Affairs,
Considering Article 13 of the Constitution;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Decrete:

Article 1


Mr. François Gouyette, Minister Plenipotentiary of the 2nd Class, according to the central administration, is appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, replacing Jean-Luc Sibiude, called to other functions.

Article 2


The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign and European Affairs are responsible, each with respect to him, for the implementation of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
