Key Benefits:
The management of staff and the adaptation of the professional environment will organize an internal competition for the recruitment of two technical social service advisors from the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Department of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service for the year 2008.
I. - Conditions of admission to compete:
This competition is open to members of the bodies of social service assistants of the state administrations as well as members of the employment framework of socio-educational territorial assistants and members of the body of socio-educational assistants of the hospital public service.
Candidates must justify at least six years of effective service as of January 1 of the year of the contest in a social service assistant, in the exercise of the social service assistant speciality of the employment framework of socio-educational territorial assistants or in a job as social service assistant of the body of socio-educational assistants of the public hospital service.

III. - Date of the tests:
The written competition eligibility test will take place on 7 February 2008 in the Paris region.
The oral event will take place from 11 March 2008 in the Paris region.
IV. - Registration deadlines:
The date of the termination of pre-registrations on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the stamp of the position in question) or of the withdrawal of registration records to the competitions of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service is fixed on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, up to 6 p.m. (metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the confirmation of the registrations on the internet or the departmental intranet, of the sending (the stamp of the position in question) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions sector of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment is fixed on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, up to 6 p.m. (metropole time), deadline of rigor.

The procedure takes place in two phases, a pre-registration phase that assigns a registration number communicated to the candidate by post and a confirmation phase of the pre-registration using this number.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the registration data until the closing deadline. Any change must be further confirmed, the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered to be valid only.
Confirmation of pre-registration to a teleprocedure contest is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, pre-registration to the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection.
