Decree of 17 December 2002 on the financing of the trainings and sessions referred to in Decree No. 2001-1345 of 28 December 2001 on the special status of the body of directors of social and medical-social institutions of the public hospital service

Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and Minister of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities,
Having regard to Act No. 68-690 of 31 July 1968, as amended, on various economic and financial provisions, including article 24;
Having regard to Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amending statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service, in particular its article 2;
In view of Decree No. 92-566 of 25 June 1992 setting out the conditions and procedures for the payment of expenses incurred by the travel of officials and officials of the public hospital service in the metropolitan territory of France;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 96-675 of 24 July 1996 on the modalities for the financing of the training of staff of social or social institutions referred to in Article 24 of Act No. 68-690 of 31 July 1968 on various economic and financial provisions;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-1207 of 19 December 2001 on the special status of the body of hospital administrators and amending Decree No. 90-839 of 21 September 1990 on the special statutes of administrative staff of the hospital public service;
In light of Decree No. 2001-1345 of 28 December 2001 on the special status of the body of directors of social and medico-social institutions of the hospital public service,
Stop:

Article 1

The rate of participation referred to in Article 5 of the above-mentioned Decree of 24 July 1996 is set at 0.312 per cent from the year 2002 of the payroll as defined in Article 1.

Article 2

The Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization at the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities and the Budget Director at the Ministry of Economics, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
