Decree of 30 December 2002 setting for 2002 and 2003 the distribution of the different health insurance plans of the product of the contribution provided for in Article L. 138-1 of the Social Security Code

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities and Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
Considering the social security code, including articles L. 138-1 and L. 138-8;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees dated 30 December 2002;
Considering the advice of the Board of Directors of the Central Agency of Social Security Agencies dated 20 December 2002,

Article 1


For the 2002 fiscal year, the proceeds of the contribution under section L. 138-1 of the Social Security Code and cashed during the 2002 fiscal year are distributed among the various health insurance plans in the following proportions:
General Health Insurance Plan for Employees: 86.855 %;
Health insurance for agricultural operators: 5.932%;
Health insurance for non-earmarked workers in non-agricultural occupations: 4.308%;
Health insurance for agricultural workers: 2.905%.

Article 2


For the 2003 fiscal year, the proceeds of the contribution under section L. 138-1 of the Social Security Code and cashed during the 2003 fiscal year are divided among the various health insurance plans in the following proportions:
General Health Insurance Plan for Employees: 86.966%;
Health insurance for farmers: 5.730 per cent;
Health insurance for non-working workers in non-agricultural occupations: 4.499 per cent;
Health insurance for agricultural workers: 2.805%.

Article 3


The Budget Director at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities and the Director of Operations, Social Policy and Employment at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
