Order dated 9 December 2002 concerning the reorganization of the mill industry

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
Considering the rural code, including its book VI;
In view of Decree No. 65-536 of 5 July 1965 on the organization of the mill industry, including Articles 4, 5, 6 and 7;
Considering Decree No. 77-1416 of 21 December 1977 on the reorganization of the mill industry;
Having regard to the amended decision of 27 June 1938 concerning the mill quota and the professional organization of the mill industry, including its article 6;
In view of the decision of 4 September 1953 on the transformation of quotas to mills, including its article 2;
Considering the amended decision of 21 December 1977 concerning the reorganization of the milling industry;
Considering the opinion issued on 5 November 2002 by the advisory committee of the mill,
Stop:

Article 1


The above-mentioned decision of 21 December 1977 is amended as follows:
The slaughters provided for in sections 1 and 3 are maintained at 0% until December 31, 2005.
The provisions of sections 5, 6 and 7 are suspended until 31 December 2005.
The provisions of section 4 are repealed.

Article 2


The provisions for the slaughter referred to in Article 2 of the above-mentioned Order of September 4, 1953 are suspended until December 31, 2005.

Article 3


Moving rights can be leased until December 31, 2005. By delegation of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the terms and conditions under which these leases will be available are defined, after the advice of the advisory committee of the mill, by the Director General of the National Interprofessional Cereals Office, who issue the corresponding authorizations.

Article 4


The Director of Economic and International Policy, the Director-General of Customs and Indirect Rights and the Director-General of the National Inter-Professional Office of Cereals are responsible, each with respect to it, for the implementation and execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
