Judgment of 25 November 2002 fixing the actual rates of the parafiscale tax on the dried and prunes plums under the 2002-2003 campaign

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and Minister for Budget and Budget Reform,
In view of Decree No. 2002-864 of 3 May 2002 establishing a parafiscale tax for the benefit of the National Inter-Professional Office of the Plum (BIP), including Article 4,
Stop:

Article 1


The actual tax rates referred to in sections 1 and 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of 3 May 2002 are set as follows for the 2002-2003 campaign:
- for that due by producers: 2% of sales to processors;
- for the one due by the processors: 2% of the tax-free sales.

Article 2


The Director of Economic and International Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Director of Budget and the Director General of Competition, Consumption and Suppression of Frauds at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
