Summary

Decree 2001-248 of 22 March 2001 aims to integrate certain categories of civil servants C of the National Institutes of Deaf Youth, the National Institute of Blind Youth and the National Baths of Aix-les- Bains in various bodies of the deconcentrated services of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity. In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 2001-248 of 22 March 2001 on the Integration of Certain Class Officials C of the National Institutes of Deaf Youth, the National Institute of Blind Youth and the National Baths of Aix-les-Bains in bodies of the decicent services of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity;
In view of Decree No. 2001-1008 of 29 October 2001 amending Decree No. 90-715 of 1 August 1990 on the common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of the technical services officers of the State administrations;
Considering the advice of the central technical committees of the national institutes of deaf youth of Paris, Chambéry, Bordeaux, Metz, respectively, dated 6 November 2001, 11 December 2001, 20 December 2001 and 8 January 2002, the National Institute of blind youth of 29 November 2001 and the National Baths of Aix-les-Bains of 28 November 2001;
Having regard to the advice of the ministerial technical committee dated 19 March 2002;
