In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 96-1124 of 20 December 1996 on the organization and administrative and financial regime of the Polytechnic School, as amended by Decree No. 2002-669 of 24 April 2002;
In light of Decree No. 2002-1491 of 20 December 2002 on conditions of appointment and advancement in the jobs of Deputy Director General and Secretary General of the Polytechnic School,
Decrete:
Agents appointed in one of the jobs governed by the above-mentioned Decree of 20 December 2002 may receive within the limits of the appropriations for this purpose:
- a performance bonus;
- a management allowance.
The award of the performance award and management allowance referred to in the preceding section is subject to the effective performance of the duties that are entitled to it. The amount of individual responsibilities may be adjusted according to the responsibilities, hardships and manner of service.
A joint order of the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management sets out the annual rates of the performance premium and the amount of the management allowance.
The management allowance of the Assistant Director General for Education and the Assistant Director General for Research may be paid within the limit of twice this average amount.
Order in Council No. 83-174 of 3 March 1983, granting a performance award and management compensation to the Director of Education and Research of the Polytechnic School, is repealed.
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management, and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
