The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:
It is authorized to ratify the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, adopted in New York on 15 November 2000 and signed by France on 12 December 2000, and annexed to this Act (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
