Judgment of 14 February 2002 amending the decision of 7 January 2000 concerning the admission examinations to the Military Special School of Saint-Cyr

Minister of Defence,
Having regard to Act No. 72-662 of 13 July 1972, as amended, on the general status of the military, including articles 37 and 38;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 75-1206 of 22 December 1975 bearing the special status of the corps of the officers of the weapons of the army of land, including articles 8 and 10;
In view of the decision of 7 January 2000, as amended by the Order of 12 December 2000 and by the Order of 12 October 2001, concerning the admission examinations to the Military Special School of Saint-Cyr, Stop:

Article 1

2 of section 6 of the above-mentioned decision of 7 January 2000 is amended as follows:
I. - After the first paragraph, the Test Table of the Letters Contest is replaced by the attached table.
II. - In the Eligibility Tests, after b, a c is inserted as follows:
"(c) For the optional written test, Ulm B/L candidates have the choice between mathematics and social sciences. »
III. - In the c of the paragraph on admission tests, the sentence: "For the optional test, the candidates Ulm B/L necessarily choose mathematics. » is deleted.

Article 2

The Chief of Staff of the Army of Land is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
