In view of Decree No. 2000-231 of 13 March 2000 on conditions of appointment and advancement in certain functional positions of the hospital public service;
In view of Decree No. 2000-232 of 13 March 2000 on the special status of the ranks and jobs of the management staff of the establishments referred to in Article 2 (1°, 2° and 3°) of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service;
Having regard to the amended decision of 6 September 1978 setting the rate of liability in favour of the management staff of the establishments listed in article 2 (1°, 2° and 3°) of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 referred to above,

The annual rates of liability compensation awarded to management personnel governed by the decrees of March 13, 2000 referred to above from the establishments listed in section 2 (1°, 2° and 3°) of the Act of January 9, 1986 are fixed as follows for the year 2001 according to the class to which the beneficiary belongs:
