Minister of Defence and Secretary of State for Industry,
Considering the Convention of 13 January 1993 on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction, made in Paris on 13 January 1993;
Considering Act No. 98-467 of 17 June 1998 on the application of the Convention of 13 January 1993 on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction;
In view of Decree No. 80-813 of 15 October 1980 on facilities classified for the protection of the environment under the Ministry of Defence and subject to rules for the protection of secrecy of national defence, as amended by Decree No. 86-1289 of 19 December 1986;
Having regard to Decree No. 98-36 of 16 January 1998 on the allocation of administrative powers for the implementation of the Convention of 13 January 1993 on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction;
In view of Decree No. 2001-144 of 15 February 2001 defining the conditions for the collection of samples of chemicals under Article 51 of Act No. 98-467 of 17 June 1998 on the application of the Convention of 13 January 1993 on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction;
In view of Decree No. 2001-145 of 15 February 2001 on national investigations and administrative sanctions under Act No. 98-467 of 17 June 1998 on the application of the Convention of 13 January 1993 on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction,
Stop:

Article 1


Pursuant to Article 7 of Decree No. 2001-144 of February 15, 2001, referred to above, is approved to proceed with the analysis of the samples of chemicals collected during national investigations under Decree No. 2001-145 of February 15, 2001 referred to above:
The laboratory of the Centre d'études du Bouchet, Le Bouchet, 91710 Vert-le-Petit.

Article 2


Pursuant to the fourth paragraph of section 2 of Decree No. 2001-144 of 15 February 2001 referred to above, the Minister for Industry may keep samples of chemicals collected during national investigations under Decree No. 2001-145 of 15 February 2001 referred to above, by the approved laboratory referred to in Article 1 of this Order.

Article 3


The Senior Defence Officer with the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Director of the Centre of Expertise and Tests of the General Delegation for Arms are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
