Decree of 21 December 2004 setting out the provisional levies to be made on the product for the year 2004 of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code, the final distribution for the year 2003 of the product of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code and the regularization for the year 2003 of the management fees referred to in Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code.

The 2004 proceeds of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code shall be allocated in a provision for the following conditions:

The proceeds for the year 2003 of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code are permanently distributed to beneficiary plans under the following conditions:

The apurations of the social contribution of solidarity on societies for the year 2002 referred to in the table above are also implemented on 6 December 2004 and deduct from the instalments referred to in Article 1 of this Order.

The amount of management fees for the collection of the social solidarity contribution for the 2003 fiscal year is set at EUR 12,136,880.15. In view of the deposit paid in 2003, it is subject to a regulation of EUR 1,136,880.15 paid on 6 December 2004 to the Caisse Nationale de l'organisation autonome d'assurance vieuxsse des travailleurs non salaried des professions industriels et commerciales (ORGANIC).

The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Solidarity, Health and the Family and the Budget Director at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
