Order of December 30, 2006 setting the list of Class 1 aerodromes and the applicable airport tax rate on each of them

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea,
Considering article 1609 quatervicies of the General Tax Code,
Stop:

Article 1


Effective January 1, 2007, aerodromes under Class 1 and the airport tax rate, to be determined by order, applicable to each of them are:

Article 2


The provisions of the Order of December 30, 2005 as they set out the list of Class 1 aerodromes and the applicable airport tax rates on each of them are repealed.

Article 3


The Budget Director and the Director General of Civil Aviation are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
