Judgment of 16 December 2005 distributing the jobs of Secretary General of Public Higher Education in two groups

Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
In light of the amended Decree No. 70-1094 of 30 November 1970 setting the conditions for appointment and advancement in the jobs of Secretary General of Public Institution of Higher Education, including Article 1-1,
Stop it!

Article 1

University of Paris, University of Paris, University of Paris, University of Paris, University of Paris, University of Paris, University of Paris

Article 2

Remove from Group II the jobs of Secretary General of Public Higher Education Institution established in public institutions of a scientific, cultural and professional nature other than those listed in section 1 above.

Article 3

The decision of 17 May 2004 distributing the jobs of Secretary General of Public Higher Education in two groups is repealed.

Article 4

This Order shall take effect from 1 January 2005 and be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
