In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In light of Decree No. 2002-532 of 16 April 2002 on the award of an hourly hardship allowance to certain personnel of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing,
Decrete:
The first paragraph of Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 16 April 2002 is replaced by the following paragraph:
"Art. 1st. - An hourly hardship allowance may be paid to the incumbents, to the indefinite contracting agents or to the state workers assigned to an equipment service, either to a workstation under the operation, maintenance and work, or to a position resulting in the participation in a continuous duty service to ensure the management of a watch and alert operational centre, where the following work organization entails a number of characteristics:
The provisions of this Decree come into force on 1 January 2006.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea, the Minister of Public Service and the Minister for Budget and Reform of the State, the spokesperson for the Government, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
