Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea,
In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Act No. 2004-626 of 30 June 2004 on solidarity for the autonomy of older persons and persons with disabilities, including Article 6;
In view of Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000, as amended by Decree No. 2004-1307 of 26 November 2004, concerning the development and reduction of working time in the public service of the State, in particular its article 1;
In view of the Order of 12 September 2001, pursuant to Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000, concerning the development and reduction of working time in the public service of the State to the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, the General Inspection of Civil Aviation and Meteorology, the Investigation and Accident Office and the National School of Civil Aviation;
In view of the 12 September 2001 decision on the development and reduction of the working time of the services working in office hours at the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, the General Inspection of Civil Aviation and Meteorology and the Office of Accident Investigations;
Considering the advice of the Departmental Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea of 15 December 2005,

In the services of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, the Office of Investigations and Analysis for the Safety of Civil Aviation and the National School of Civil Aviation, pursuant to Article 6 of the above-mentioned Act of 30 June 2004, the day of solidarity shall be carried out in the following manner:
1. For work cycles no. 1 and 2 defined in section 2 of the 12 September 2001 Order relating to the development and reduction of the working time of the services working in office hours at the general direction of civil aviation, the general inspection of civil aviation and meteorology and the office accident investigations: seven hours split in hours worked beyond the normal working day hours, at reason
2. For the work cycles defined in Article 2 of the above-mentioned 12 September 2001 order, other than the work cycles n°s 1 and 2, as well as for the work cycle defined in Article 9 of the decree of 12 September 2001 taken under Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000 on the development and reduction of the working time in the public service of the State to the general direction of the inspection

The Secretary General of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, the Director of the National Civil Aviation School and the Director of the Civil Aviation Security Investigation and Analysis Office are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
