Considering the Social Security Code, including Article L. 137-10, established by Article 17 of Law No. 2003-775 of 21 August 2003 on pension reform;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the Central Agency of Social Security Agencies dated 17 December 2003,
Decrete:
The reduced rate established in the IV of section 17 of Act No. 2003-775 of 21 August 2003 on pension reform is equal:
- the benefits paid from the entry into force of section 17 of Act No. 2003-775 of 21 August 2003 on pension reform until 31 December 2004, at half of the rate set out in II of Article L. 137-10 of the Social Security Code effective 1 January 2004. The rate thus obtained, expressed as a percentage, is rounded to a decimal place at the top tenth;
- on the benefits paid from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005, at the reduced rate applicable in 2004 increased by two and a half points;
- on the benefits paid from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006, at the reduced rate applicable in 2005 increased by two and a half points;
- on the benefits paid from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2007, to the reduced tau applicable in 2006 increased by two and a half points;
- on benefits paid from 1 January 2008 to 31 May 2008, at the reduced rate applicable in 2007 increased by two and a half points.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
