Order of 20 December 2002 approving the merger involving transfers of portfolios of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts of two mutuals

Considering the code of mutuality, including articles L. 212-11 and L. 212-12;
Considering the application by the mutual Floquet-Monopole, whose head office is in Poissy (78306), Le Technoparc, 33-35, rue Charles-Edouard-Jeanneret, and by the Mutuelle surgicale et médical de l'Eure (MCME), whose head office is in Evreux (27013 Cedex), 77, rue Jean-Moulin, for the approval of the
Considering the deliberation of 23 July 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the mutual Floquet-Monopole;
Considering the deliberation of June 29, 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Eure Surgical and Medical Mutuelle (MCME);
Considering the deliberation of 28 June 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Imadiès Mutual;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 12 October 2002 inviting creditors of the mutual funds concerned to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Having regard to the solvency certificate of 22 October 2002 issued by the Commission for the Control of Mutuals and Provident Institutions;
Given the supporting parts, including the portfolio transfer agreement,
Stop:

Article 1

Is approved the merger with the transfers, under the conditions set out in Article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with their rights and obligations, of the entire portfolio of newsletters to join the regulations and contracts of the mutual Floquet-Monopole and the surgical and medical Mutuelle de l'Eure (MCME) for the benefit of the mutual Imadiès.

Article 2

The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
