Mindful of Decree No. 88-1111 December 12, 1988 as amended concerning the determination of the minimum insertion income and the insertion minimum income allowance and amending the social security code;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001 - 278 2 April 2001 amending the Decree of January 20, 1989 implementing departments to overseas Act No. 88 - 1088 of 1 December 1988 relating to the minimum insertion income, enacts as follows: Article 1 more on this article...

Exceptional assistance is attributed to the insertion minimum income recipients, who are entitled to an allowance of insertion minimum income for the month of November 2003 or, failing that, for the month of December 2003.
The amount of this aid is equal to 152.45 EUR for a single person, plus 50% when the home consists of two persons and 30% for each additional person in the home, provided that such persons are bound by a civil solidarity pact or common-law partner spouse of the person concerned or his dependants.
When the fireplace is equipped with more than two children or persons under twenty-five years in charge, with the exception of spouse partner bound by a civil Pact of solidarity or the partner of the person concerned, the increase which opens right each child or persons is increased to 40% from the third child or third person.

The Minister of Social Affairs, labour and solidarity, the Minister of economy, finance and industry, the Minister of agriculture, food, fisheries and Rural Affairs, and the Minister delegate for the budget and budget reform are responsible, each in relation to the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
