Considering the code of social action and families, including article L. 262-2;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 88-1111 of 12 December 1988 on the determination of the minimum income for insertion and the minimum income allowance for insertion and amending the social security code;
In view of Decree No. 2001-278 of 2 April 2001 amending the Decree of 20 January 1989 on the application to overseas departments of Act No. 88-1088 of 1 December 1988 on the minimum income of insertion,
Decrete:
Exceptional assistance is provided to recipients of minimum income for insertion, who are entitled to a minimum income allowance for insertion for the month of November 2003 or, if not, for the month of December 2003.
The amount of this assistance is equal to EUR 152.45 for a single person, increased by 50% when the home consists of two persons and 30% for each additional person present at the home, provided that these persons are the partner spouse bound by a civil pact of solidarity or concubine of the person concerned or are at his or her expense.
When the home has more than two children or persons under twenty-five years of age, with the exception of the partner spouse bound by a civil covenant of solidarity or the concubine of the person concerned, the increase to which each child or person is entitled is increased to 40% from the third child or third person.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
