The monthly amount of the minimum insertion income referred to in article L. 262 - 2 of the code of social action and families is, for a beneficiary, 417.88 EUR from 1 January 2004.

The Minister of Social Affairs, labour and solidarity, the Minister of economy, finance and industry, the Minister of agriculture, food, fisheries and Rural Affairs, and the Minister delegate for the budget and budget reform are responsible, each in relation to the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
