Key Benefits:
By an order of the prefect of Corsica dated November 28, 2002, the constitutive agreement of the public interest group called " GIPACOR (group of public interest continuous training and professional integration of the academy of Corsica)" is approved.
The constitutive agreement of the group may be consulted by any interested person at the headquarters of the group and with the Minister for National Education.
Extracts from the constitutive convention are published in the Official Journal of the French Republic in accordance with Article 3 of Decree No. 2001-757 of 28 August 2001 on public interest groups constituted under Article L. 423-1 of the Code of Education.

Name
The name of the group is " GIPACOR (public interest grouping continuous training and professional integration of the academy of Corsica)".
Subject
The purpose of the group is to:
- the implementation and development of cooperation at the academy level, in the areas of continuous adult training, training and vocational integration, according to the general programme of activities scheduled for the duration of this Convention:
- implementation, in training adults, of research and development and engineering activities;
- development of training actions for trainers and services services in the direction of EPLE, Greta, other structures of national education, companies and other third parties (training advice, assessment, expertise, studies...);
- graduated validation of the experiences including participation in the organization of the information, guidance and support activities of the candidates and in the organization of the validation sessions;
- participation in the implementation and management of validation and examination sessions (for diplomas and audiences under the competence of the validation group), in the continuation of the mission of the examination division and examinations;
- participation in the implementation of regulatory positions;
- support to academic mechanisms for the remediation of academic failure and to support the students in difficulty;
- academic actions to promote integration schemes, animation of personnel involved in these devices, and management of the necessary credits for the operation, including the contracts of trainers carrying out within the framework of the general mission of insertion of national education (MGI);
- provision of a regional centre to support the actors of insertion (CRAI) leading to work on information, mobilization, training and support of the public in rupture with the writing;
- development and implementation of educational activities related to the vocational training of young people under contract of work;
- implementation of the rectoral policy on professionalization and integration of youth jobs of national education;
- the organization and promotion of actions designed to improve the school-business relationship;
- the implementation, within the framework of educational and investment actions, of the measures envisaged in the European Employment Strategy (National Employment Action Plan) and in the programming documents of the structural funds; management of related funding;
- any professional orientation actions necessary for the activity of the grouping in connection with the DRONISEP, regardless of the competence of the latter;
- the management of equipment and services of common interest required for such activities.
Members
The grouping consists of:
- the state, represented by the rector of the academy of Corsica, and
- Lætitia-Bonaparte high school in Ajaccio;
- Paul-Vincensini high school in Bastia.
Headquarters of the group
The headquarters of the group is located 17, Cours Général-Leclerc, Ajaccio.
Duration of the convention
The group is established for a period of six years.
Management mode
The accounting of the group is maintained and managed according to the rules of public law, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 62-1587 of 29 December 1962 relating to industrial and commercial public institutions, by a public accountant appointed by joint decree of the Minister for National Education and the Minister for Budget.
Liability of members
In their relations with each other, members are held obligations of the group in the same proportions as their statutory rights. In respect of third parties, they are responsible for the debts of the group in proportion to their statutory rights. They're not in solidarity.
