Notice relating to the extension of an agreement concluded under the national collective agreement of registered centres for the packaging, marketing and processing of eggs and industries into egg products

Pursuant to Article L. 133-8 of the Labour Code, the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity intends to make an order to make mandatory, for all employers and employees entering its scope, the provisions of the following agreement.
The text of this agreement was tabled in the departmental direction of work, employment and vocational training at the place of its conclusion, where it can be read.
Within fifteen days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to communicate their comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity (DRT, NC 1), 39-43, Quai André-Citroën, 75739 Paris Cedex 15.
Agreement whose extension is envisaged:
3 September 2002 Night Work Agreement.
Deposit:
Departmental Directorate of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training in Paris.

Night work.
Signatories:
National egg industry union (SNIPO);
Trade union organizations of interested employees attached to CGT-FO and CFDT.
