In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 on hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system, together the texts that have completed or amended it;
In view of Decree No. 2002-1520 of 23 December 2002 establishing the statutory provisions applicable to the body of teachers of the higher national art schools;
Considering the opinion of the Conseil supérieur de la service publique de l'État dated 12 July 2002,
Decrete:
The tables annexed to the above-mentioned Decree of 10 July 1948 are amended in accordance with that annexed to this Decree.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Culture and Communications, the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management, and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
