In light of Decree No. 93-600 of 27 March 1993 on the award of a performance award to officials of the bodies of the deputy and technical agents of the deccented services of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,

The annual average amounts of the return premium allocated to officials of the bodies of the assistants and technical officers of the decuncted services of the ministry responsible for agriculture, food, fishing and rural affairs provided for in section 1 of the above-mentioned decree of March 27, 1993 are fixed as follows:
Deconcentrated Service Technical Assistant Corps: EUR 452.62;
Deccented Service Technical Officers Unit: EUR 403.08.
The decision of August 10, 1995 setting the annual average amounts of the return premium allocated to employees of the staff of the deputy and technical officers of the deconcentrated services of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is repealed.
The Director General of Administration at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the execution of this Order, which takes effect on 1 January 2002 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
