Considering articles L. 651-1 to L. 651-9 of the Social Security Code,

The proceeds under the year 2002 of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code shall be distributed on an interim basis as of 20 December 2002 under the following conditions:
1. National Health Insurance Fund for Non-Agricultural Workers (CANAM) : EUR 105,200,000;
2. National Fund of the Autonomous Organization of Old Age Insurance for Non-employed Workers in Industrial and Commercial Professions (ORGANIC), for the basic plan: EUR 540,000;
3. National Fund of the Autonomous Organization of Old Age Insurance for Non-employed Workers in Industrial and Commercial Professions (ORGANIC), for the supplementary old-age insurance scheme for building contractors and public works (RCEBTP): EUR 4,500,000;
4. Caisse nationale de l'Organisation autonome d'assurance vieuxsse des travailleurs non employés des professions artisanales (CANCAVA) : 215 000 000 EUR.
The proceeds for the year 2001 of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Social Security Code are permanently distributed to beneficiary plans under the following conditions:

The apurations of the social contribution of solidarity on societies for the year 2001 referred to in the table above are also implemented on 20 December 2002 and deduct from the instalments referred to in Article 1 of this Order.
The amount of management fees for the collection of the social contribution of solidarity for the year 2001 is set at 11 142 706,25 EUR. In view of the deposit paid in 2001, it is subject to a regulation of EUR 1,995,762.22 paid on 20 December 2002 to the National Fund of the Autonomous Organization of Old Age Insurance for non-employed workers in the industrial and commercial professions (ORGANIC).
The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities and the Budget Director at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
