Order of 16 December 2002 approving the merger involving transfers of portfolios of membership bulletins to regulations and mutual contracts

Considering the code of mutuality, including articles L. 212-11 and L. 212-12;
See the applications submitted by the Mutuelle de Villefranche, whose head office is in Cosne-d'Allier (03430), mayor, the mutual La Fraternelle, whose head office is in Bourbon-l'Archambault (03160), town hall of Ygrande, the Mutuelle de Boucé, whose head office is in Varennes-sur-Allier (03150), town hall of Boucé
Considering the deliberation of 19 September 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the Mutuelle de Villefranche;
Considering the deliberation of 25 September 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the mutual La Fraternelle;
Considering the deliberation of 20 September 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the Mutuelle de Boucé;
Considering the deliberation of 20 September 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Mutuelle d'Estivareilles;
Considering the deliberation of 18 September 2002 of the extraordinary assembly of the Mutuelle de Montaigu-le-Blin;
Considering the deliberation of 20 September 2002 of the extraordinary general assembly of the mutual La Fraternelle;
Considering the deliberation of 26 September 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Bourbonnais Mutuals;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 12 October 2002 inviting creditors of the mutual funds concerned to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Having regard to the solvency certificate of 4 November 2002 issued by the Commission for the Control of Mutuals and Provident Institutions;
Considering the supporting parts, including the merger treaties and reports of the Merger Commissioners,
Stop:

Article 1


Is approved the merger with the transfers, under the conditions set out in article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with their rights and obligations, of all the portfolios of newsletters to join the regulations and contracts of the Mutuelle de Villefranche, of the Mutuelle La Fraternelle, of the Mutuelle de Boucé, of the Mutuelle d'Estivareilles, of the Muonnaistuelle de Mont

Article 2


The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
