Given the level of the monthly price index, excluding tobacco, to the consumption of urban households whose head is workers or employees, which stood at 105,6 for the month of May 2002;
In view of the increase in the worker base monthly wage rate from March 2001 to March 2002, at 2.7%;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the Central Agency for Social Security Organizations dated 25 October 2002;
Considering the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Family Allowance Fund dated 5 November 2002;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Old Age Insurance Fund of Employees dated 6 November 2002;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees dated 26 November 2002;
Having regard to the referral for advice of the Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases Commission referred to in Article L. 221-4 of the Social Security Code dated 21 October 2002,

The rate of revalorization of the social security claim provided for in the last paragraph of Article L. 241-13-1 of the Social Security Code is set at 1 July 2002 at 1.8 per cent.
The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Director of Operations, Social Policy and Employment at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and the Director of the Budget at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
