Considering the code of mutuality, including articles L. 212-11 and L. 212-12;
In view of the requests submitted by the mutual Pluralie, whose head office is in Dijon, 6, avenue du Maréchal-Foch, and by the mutual surgical fund of the Yonne (CCMY), whose head office is in Auxerre, 3, avenue de la Fontaine-Sainte-Marguerite, for the approval of the transfer, by way of a merger-absorption, with their rights and
Considering the deliberation of 8 June 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Pluralie Mutual;
Considering the deliberation of 15 June 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Mutual Surgical Fund of the Yonne (CCMY);
Considering the deliberation of 19 June 2002 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Releya Mutual;
Having regard to the notice published in the Official Journal of 7 August 2002 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Having regard to the solvency certificate of 19 November 2002 issued by the Commission for the Control of Mutuals and Provident Institutions;
Given the supporting documents, including the merger treaty,
Stop:

Article 1


Is approved the merger with the transfer, under the conditions provided for in Article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with their rights and obligations, of all portfolios of newsletters to the regulations and contracts of the mutual Pluralie and of the mutual surgical fund of the Yonne (CCMY) for the benefit of the mutual Releya.

Article 2


The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
