Order of 18 December 2003 approving the deliberation of the Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases Commission setting the majorations referred to in Article D. 242-6-4 of the Social Security Code for 2004

Considering the social security code, including articles LO 111-3, LO 111-4, L. 242-5, D. 242-6-2, D. 242-6-4 and D. 242-6-5;
In view of the deliberation of the Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases Board of the National Health Insurance Fund of Employee Workers dated 4 December 2003,
Stop:

Article 1

Is approved the deliberation of the Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases Commission of 4 December 2003 setting the majorations referred to in articles D. 242-6-2 and D. 242-6-4 of the Social Security Code, entering the net rate of contribution due to occupational accidents and diseases for the year 2004, to the following values:
- increase referred to in the 1st of Article D. 242-6-4: 0.33%;
- increase referred to in 2° of Article D. 242-6-4: 44%;
- increase referred to in the 3rd of Article D. 242-6-4: 0.44%.

Article 2

The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will take effect on 1 January 2004 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
