As part of the 2005 harvest for all the appellations of controlled origin (AOC) of the department of Gironde with the exception of the appellations « Cadillac », « Cérons », « Loupiac », « Sainte-Croix-du-Mont », any producer may, in its declaration of harvest, assert in appellation d'origine contrôlée an individual substitute volume, called « VSI », superior to the maximum authorized volume
As part of the 2005 harvest for the controlled labels of origin quoted below, any producer may, in its statement of harvest, claim in controlled label of origin a "VSI" higher than the maximum authorized volume for the current year, but contained however within the limits as fixed below:
- for the controlled labels of origin "Côtes du Rhône Villages" not followed by a geographical name (red and rosé wines), " Crozes Hermitage", within the limit of 4 hl/ha beyond the maximum authorized volume for the current year;
- for the labels of origin controlled "Pouilly Fuissé", "Pouilly Fuissé" + climates, "Pouilly Loché", "Pouilly Loché" + climates, "Pouilly Vinzelles", "Poilly Vinzelles" + climates, "Beaujolais"
- for the controlled labels of origin "Fronton", "Côtes du Rhône" (red and rosé wines), within the limit of 6 hl/ha beyond the maximum authorized volume for the current year;
- for the controlled labels of origin "Muscadet" (not followed by the mention "on lie"), "Gaillac" (red red wines), within the limit of 7 hl/ha beyond the maximum authorized volume for the current year;
- for the controlled labels of origin « Mercurey », « Mercurey 1er cru », « Régnié », within the limit of 8 hl/ha beyond the maximum authorized volume for the current year;
- for the labels of origin controlled "Brouilly", "Chénas", "Chénas" + climate, "Côte de Brouilly", "Côte de Brouilly" + climate, "Julianas", "Julynas" + climate, "Morgon", "Morgon" + climate, "Saint-Amour" + climate, within the limit of 9 hl/ha for the maximum volume

The Director of Economic and International Policy, the Director General of Competition, Consumption and Suppression of Frauds and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
