Order of 14 December 2005 approving the merger involving the transfer of portfolios of membership bulletins to regulations and mutual contracts

Minister of Health and Solidarity,
Considering the code of mutuality, including articles L. 212-11 and L. 212-12;
Given the requests submitted by the Mutuelles de France Languedoc-Roussillon (MFLR), whose head office is in Montpellier (34006), 27 boulevard du Jeu-de-Paume, and the Provencal Mutuelle d'Aix (MPA), whose head office is in Aix-en-Provence (13100), 10-12, rue des Tanneurs, for the approval of the transfer, by way of fusion-abs
Considering the deliberation of 9 April 2005 of the General Assembly of the Mutuelles of France Languedoc-Roussillon (MFLR);
Considering the deliberation of 9 April 2005 of the General Assembly of the Provencal Mutual of Aix (MPA) ;
Considering the deliberation of 9 April 2005 of the General Assembly of the Mutuelle Midi Méditerranée, formerly Mutuelle Côte d'Azur (MCA);
Having regard to the notice published in the Official Journal of 2 September 2005 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the solvency certificate of 5 December 2005 issued by the Insurance, Mutual and Provident Institutions Supervisory Board;
Given the supporting documents, including the merger treaty,
Stop it!

Article 1


It is approved, effective 1 January 2005, the merger involving the transfer, under the conditions provided for in Article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with its rights and obligations, of their portfolios of bulletins of accession to the regulations and contracts of the Mutuelles de France Languedoc-Roussillon (MFLR) and of the Provençal Mutuelle d'Aix (MPA) for the benefit of the Mutuelle Midi-

Article 2


The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
