Given the Labour Code, including its article R. 145-2,
Decrete:
The first nine paragraphs of Article R. 145-2 of the Labour Code are replaced by the following paragraphs:
"The proportions in which the annual remuneration referred to in Article L. 145-2 is seizable or shall be fixed as follows:
- Twentieth, on or equal to 3,120 EUR;
- one-tenth, on a slice greater than 3,120 EUR, less than or equal to 6,150 EUR;
- in the fifth, on the slice above 6,150 EUR, less than or equal to 9,220 EUR;
- one-quarter, on a slice greater than EUR 9,220, less than or equal to EUR 12,240;
- one-third, on a slice greater than 12,240 EUR, less than or equal to 15,280 EUR;
- two thirds, on the slice greater than 15,280 EUR, less than or equal to 18,360 EUR;
- in total, on the slice above 18,360 EUR.
The thresholds determined above are increased by EUR 1,170 per person at the expense of the seized debtor or the assignor, on justification provided by the individual. »
This Order will enter into force on 1 January 2004.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Guard of Seals, Minister of Justice, are each responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
