Decree of 24 November 2003 amending the Decree of 13 December 1988 on conditions of application to civil servants of the Ministry of Defence in service abroad of Decree No. 67-290 of 28 March 1967

Minister of Defence and Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In view of the amended Decree No. 67-290 of 28 March 1967 setting out the modalities for calculating the emoluments of State personnel and public institutions of the administrative state in service abroad, including Article 5 of the Decree;
Having regard to the amended Decree of 13 December 1988 on the conditions for civil servants of the Ministry of Defence in service abroad of Decree No. 67-290 of 28 March 1967,

Article 1


In article 7 of the above-mentioned decision of 13 December 1988, after the second paragraph, a third paragraph was added:
"Group II: personnel classified in the residential allowance group 11: 70% of the amount of the group's residential allowance 13. »

Article 2


The Director of Military and Civilian Personnel in the Ministry of Defence and the Director of Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which takes effect on 1 September 2003 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
