Having regard to Act No. 2003-775 of 21 August 2003 on pension reform, including article 66;
Having regard to Decree No. 56-1008 of 2 October 1956 regulating public administration for the setting up of the special status of teachers of the National Conservatory of Music;
In view of Decree No. 81-544 of 12 May 1981 on conditions of appointment and advancement in the employment of regional curator of historical monuments;
In view of Decree No. 90-404 of 16 May 1990 on the special status of the Conservatives of Heritage, as amended by Act No. 92-125 of 6 February 1992 and Decree No. 2001-1236 of 21 December 2001;
In view of the amended Decree No. 90-714 of 1 August 1990 on the common provisions applicable to the bodies of professional workers of the state administrations and to the bodies of workers of the state administrations;
Having regard to Decree No. 92-260 of 23 March 1992 establishing the body of the heads of works of art of the Ministry of Culture and fixing the statutory provisions applicable to this body, as amended by Decree No. 93-61 of 13 January 1993 and No. 2000-976 of 4 October 2000;
Having regard to Decree No. 92-261 of 23 March 1992 establishing the body of art technicians of the Ministry of Culture and fixing the statutory provisions applicable to this body, as amended by Decree No. 95-1010 of 13 September 1995 and No. 2003-77 of 23 January 2003;
Having regard to Decree No. 95-239 of 2 March 1995 on the special status of the reception, monitoring and shopping bodies of the Ministry responsible for culture, as amended by Decree No. 2003-77 of 23 January 2003;
Having regard to Decree No. 98-898 of 8 October 1998 on the special status of the body of engineers and economists of the construction and the body of engineers of cultural services and heritage, as amended by Decree No. 2003-77 of 23 January 2003;
Having regard to the advice of the ministerial technical committee dated 22 February 2002 and 13 March 2003;
The State Council (Finance Section) heard,
Decrete:
For the purposes of the provisions of Article L. 16 of the Civil and Military Retirement Pension Code, the assimilations of the jobs listed and deleted to the Ministry of Culture and Communications, as set out in the new salary indices referred to in Article L. 15, shall be made on the dates and in accordance with the following correspondence tables:

Decree No. 53-529 of 28 May 1953 concerning the special status of the agents of the service of the mechanical installations of the direction of the architecture, Decree No. 53-1228 of 8 December 1953 concerning the regulation of public administration relating to the special status of the officials of the service of the photographic archives of the direction of the architecture, Decree No. 56-10 of 2 October 1956 concerning the regulation of public administration for the fixing of the particular status of the teachers of the Conservatory
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Culture and Communications, the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management, and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
