Judgment of 17 December 2003 authorizing for the year 2004 the opening of a contest reserved for the access to the body of health and social action inspectors (women and men) organized pursuant to Article 1 of Law No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001

By order of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities and the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management, dated December 17, 2003, is authorized under the year 2004 to open a competition reserved for access to the body of health and social workers (women and men).
The number of positions offered at the competition is set at 30.
The written eligibility test will take place from Friday, March 5, 2004 in the following centres:
Métropole : Ajaccio, Amiens, Besançon, Bordeaux, Caen, Châlons-en-Champagne, Clermont-Ferrand, Dijon, Lille, Limoges, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nancy, Nantes, Orléans, Paris, Poitiers, Rennes, Rouen, Strasbourg and Toulouse.
Region, overseas departments and territorial authorities: Meeting, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, Nouvelle-Calédonie and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
Examination centres may be deleted or created according to the number and location of registered applications.
The oral admission test will take place in Paris.
Applicants will be required to provide, for the oral admission test, a maximum two-page curriculum vitae that will be required to reach the recruitment office within 10 days of the date of deliberation regarding eligibility.
The complete application must be sent by the candidate and only by post to the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities (DAGPB, Recruitment Office, to the attention of Ms. Sylviane Piuro), 10, Place des Cinq-Martyrs-du-Lycée-Buffon, 75015 Paris, no later than Wednesday, January 21, 2004 (le cachet).
This file includes:
- an application for participation in the competition on the registration file issued by the Department of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities;
- a statement of service duly completed and signed by the staff service of the candidate;
- the photocopy of the required titles or diplomas of candidates for the external examination of access to the body of health and social inspectors;
- where applicable, an application for recognition of the professional experience in equivalence of the required conditions of title or diplomas, constituted pursuant to Decree No. 2001-834 of 12 September 2001.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates admitted to the competition will be subject to orders from the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities.
